ALIAS - Solo

Sloan is back … Ok, this is one of the reasons why the show now sucks when it was so good in the beginning. The first couple seasons were great for a couple reasons: One, Sydney was an ass-kickin’ double agent… that just made for some great suspense and drama. Second: Anything could happen – nobody was safe from being knocked off. Now? Well for starters not only is Sydney not a double agent but she’s too pregnant to do any ass kickin’ …second, how can a guy that killed you fiancé, betrayed you and everyone else, etc, etc… still be there? It seems that no matter what happens they just can’t knock him off the show and move on… Ok, so they “killed” Vaughn but I even have my doubts about that… I think they faked his death so he could go into hiding until they catch the guys who wanted him dead… stupid – just stupid – this is another one of those shows that I just keep watching because I’ve already invested so much time…

Ok, so what do you do when the sexy ass-kickin’star of your show goes and gets herself knocked up by Ben Affleck? You bring in another hot chick that you can dress up in wigs and hooker outfits …nice!

I realize they do this in a lot of movies and TV shows but Alias brings it to a whole new level … the ‘ol putting you hand to your ear when using a hidden radio earpiece to let the audience know that you have a hidden earpiece – but – (I could be wrong on this) wouldn’t you put your hand to your ear so that you can hear the person talking to you a little better? …they always put their hand to their ear when they want to talk … I don’t get it … is there a button on their earpiece they have to push in order to talk?

Alias also brought in a new sexy “bad-guy” (or bad-chick would probably be a better description - Amy Acker) She’s a real cutie although in the end fight scene she seems to have this “rouge” tooth that was sticking out all over the place and glistening in the sunlight… maybe it was just the camera angle or something but this one tooth (right eye tooth) could have had its own zip code…
